CHOOSE YOUR FIRST PROCESS

One recurring check. A clear next step.

Pick a problem that takes up your time or could interrupt sales. Each process page explains its condition, task evidence, available actions and how to verify the result.

What should I prepare before the first run?

Choose one project and the source listed on the process page. Define the products or campaigns to check, the threshold, review period and owner. Connecting data and granting permission to make changes are separate decisions.

Does every result mean there is a problem?

No. A result can need attention, show that no issue was detected within the checked scope, or indicate missing data. Having no task does not prove that all your marketing is working correctly. If data is missing, start with the connection, scope and review period.

Will a process change a campaign automatically?

That depends on the configured rule, supported action and permissions. Start with monitoring and tasks, act manually, ask the copilot for help or delegate a supported action to AI. Email, SMS and phone calls through Twilio provide additional ways to respond. Sending an alert does not mean the task has been resolved.
