From a signal.
To work getting done.

Processes monitor marketing, tasks organise the work, and people and agents take action. Data, reports and tools live in the same workspace.

No account needed: review evidence of a broken page and the available ways to resolve the task.

EXAMPLE WORKFLOW

One issue, from detection to checking the outcome.

When an ad leads to an unavailable product page, the team needs a shared account of the situation and a clear next step. Connect detection, action and outcome verification in one workflow.

  1. The process confirms the situation.

An unavailable URL is the signal, but a decision needs more context. The process checks the condition, connects the URL to ads and identifies the data source and period. You define the scope that matters to the project.

Step outcomeA check result with its condition, data and context.
  2. The task brings the decision and execution together.

The owner reviews evidence and related ads. They can restrict delivery manually, prepare a solution with a copilot or delegate an available action to AI. Decisions stay attached to the same issue.

Step outcomeA task with an owner, a selected next step and a work history.
  3. The team checks whether the problem is gone.

Pausing ads reduces traffic sent to the error, but does not repair the page. Another check of the URL and delivery distinguishes completion of an action from resolution of the whole issue.

Step outcomeEvidence from a subsequent reading and a decision on further work.
SIGNAL

Start with the tools you already use.

Connect campaign, store and team data. A change in results, a product or a task gives a process a reason to investigate.

  • Campaign and product data
  • Events and schedules
  • Source and reporting period
PROCESS → TASK

Turn monitoring into ownership.

Set a condition, scope and owner. When a situation needs attention, a task keeps the evidence, history and next step together — in a list, on a board or on a timeline.

  • Project-specific thresholds
  • Priority, owner and due date
  • Context shared with the team
ACTION

Choose who takes the next step.

Act yourself, work with a copilot or delegate a supported task to AI. A rule can also trigger an automatic action or a notification.

  • Tools available in task context
  • Actions within granted permissions
  • Execution history and result checks
CHOOSE HOW TO WORK

What changes in everyday work?

Monitoring has a specific subject.

Define the account, objects, period and condition. Your team can then assess the same situation instead of discussing different slices of reports. A process without complete data calls for checking the source, not automatically declaring that everything is fine.

Tools are part of the task.

Alongside a task, you can open related campaign and ad data, reports or feed tools. AI works with the context of these objects; each analysis does not need to start with a manually written account description.

Automation has agreed boundaries.

Separate preparing a recommendation from making a change. For a rule, define the available action and required permissions. When execution is unavailable, the task still gives a person evidence and a plan rather than a misleading success confirmation.

BEFORE YOU START

Good to know.

Do I need to connect every channel immediately?

No. Choose one process and its required sources. The first useful outcome is a complete check result and a clear next step; expand monitoring to other accounts and areas afterwards.

Does every result create a problem to solve?

Not every reading indicates a problem. Distinguish a situation needing attention, a checked scope with no issue detected and insufficient data to assess it. These results lead to different decisions.

Does Sembot replace the specialist’s work?

It can execute supported tasks, but does not remove the need to define goals and scope. The specialist decides what matters to the business, which actions to allow and how to assess the outcome.

START WITH A FOCUSED SCOPE

A first check with a clear purpose.

Walk through a sample issue
  1. Open the example and move from evidence to an available action.

  2. Choose a comparable process for your account, define its scope and assign an owner.

  3. After connecting the source, review a complete result and agree on what resolution means.
