EXAMPLE WORKFLOW

From your brand to your client’s daily work.

Plan the initial experience around one client project. Aim for a coherent journey from opening the application and reviewing data to handling a task and taking the next step. Branding should support that work.

  1. Define the audience and scope.

Decide whether the platform will serve your team, clients or both. Describe the views and projects each group needs. Separate brand requirements from the need to manage an entire portfolio.

Step outcomeAn outline of your first client experience.
  2. Agree the brand and address.

Prepare your visual identity and preferred domain. Together, we will define which parts of the interface receive branding and how to configure the address. Choose SaaS or Professional if you also need an isolated environment.

Step outcomeAn agreed branding and configuration scope.
  3. Walk through the user journey.

Check project access, the data users need and the task workflow. Verify that clients can tell who is handling an issue and what should happen next. Use that experience to prepare access for further clients.

Step outcomeA tested service journey under your brand.
BRAND

A consistent client experience.

Agree on the visual identity and address clients use to access the platform. Connect your brand with Sembot processes, tasks and tools.

  • Platform branding
  • Your own domain
  • An agreed interface scope
PORTFOLIO

Choose how you serve your clients.

Add portfolio management when you need a shared overview of projects and team activity. Branding and portfolio management are separate add-ons for your chosen model.

  • Projects and client access
  • Team overview as an add-on
  • Marketer AI or Professional
DEPLOYMENT

Brand and infrastructure are two decisions.

Choose Professional if you need an isolated environment or VPN access. Platform White Label has a different scope from the White Label CSS partner offer for Google Shopping.

  • Professional for isolation needs
  • Access and domain configuration
  • White Label CSS as a separate offer
CHOOSE HOW TO WORK

Choose add-ons around your service model.

Brand the places clients actually use.

Start with the screens clients encounter most often. Agree their appearance and scope before deployment. Discuss feature changes and messages originating from external providers as separate requirements.

Choose portfolio management separately.

If an owner needs consolidated project results, alerts and team workload, add portfolio management. Platform branding does not include that add-on. A clearly defined scope makes it easier to compare the offer with how you serve clients.

Select infrastructure for operational needs.

White Label is a platform add-on. Choose Professional for isolation, your own infrastructure and network access control. Your brand alone does not determine where the application is hosted or who maintains it.

BEFORE YOU START

Good to know.

Does White Label include Google Shopping CSS?

Platform White Label covers the working environment for data, processes and tasks. White Label CSS is a separate partner offer for Comparison Shopping Service. Choose the scope that matches the service you want to provide.

Can clients use my own domain?

Yes, a custom domain is part of the White Label discussion. Before launch, we agree the address, configuration and maintenance responsibilities. Use the form to describe your needs, not to share domain credentials.

Is White Label included in the base plan price?

Platform White Label is a paid add-on, chosen separately like portfolio management. Scope and pricing are agreed before launch. Selecting it in the pricing configurator leads to an enquiry.

START WITH A FOCUSED SCOPE

Start with one client experience.

Scope your White Label setup
  1. Describe the users and one project you want to share.

  2. Prepare your brand materials and preferred domain.

  3. Indicate whether you also need portfolio management or Professional.

Let’s scope it for your organisation.

Tell us about your team, clients and requirements. We will agree on the model, add-ons and deployment responsibilities.
