EXAMPLE WORKFLOW
From a portfolio of stores to a service under your brand.
Build the partnership around serving specific clients. Agree what the CSS offer includes, who communicates with the store and which branding is needed. A first store can help clarify how the partnership will operate.
01
Define the partnership model.
Describe the markets, store types and your company’s role. Identify who manages campaigns and Merchant Center. Add your expectations for CSS service branding and communication with the end client.
Step outcomeAn offer outline and division of roles.
02
Agree the first connection.
Choose a store whose availability and scope can be confirmed. Agree commercial terms, deployment steps and handling client questions. Prepare branded materials within the agreed partnership scope.
Step outcomeA launch plan for the first store.
03
Plan service for further clients.
After the first scenario, organise the information needed from subsequent stores and how issues will be escalated. If you also need shared project work, choose the platform and its portfolio and branding add-ons separately.
Step outcomeA repeatable way to start and manage the relationship.

CHOOSE HOW TO WORK
A clear offer for partners and clients.
01
Branding the CSS service.
Agree where your brand should appear and which client materials are needed. White Label CSS scope follows the partner offer. Platform customisation and additional services can be discussed as separate parts of the partnership.
02
Ownership of the client relationship.
Clarify who collects store details, answers questions and coordinates the connection. Agree communication and support arrangements. Clients can then tell whom to contact about CSS, campaigns and product data.
03
Grow the offer with clear boundaries.
White Label CSS, platform White Label and portfolio management address different needs. They concern, respectively, a branded CSS service, the working environment, and project and team oversight. Match them to the promise you make to clients.
BEFORE YOU START
Good to know.
Does this include Sembot under my own brand?
White Label CSS concerns the Comparison Shopping Service partner offer. A branded platform requires the separate White Label add-on. If you need both, include both scopes when discussing the partnership.
Will every client receive identical terms?
Scope must be confirmed for the markets served and the partnership model. Bring information about your portfolio of stores. This will let us confirm availability and define terms for the specific stores.
Can I combine CSS with portfolio management?
Include that need in the discussion. Portfolio management is a separate platform add-on for project and team oversight. It is not automatically included in a White Label CSS partnership.
