How do Marketer AI and Professional differ?

Marketer AI runs in a ready-to-use SaaS application and includes one project and 10,000 products. Professional lets you deploy Sembot in an isolated environment, without licensed limits on projects or products. Infrastructure is sized to your requirements and workload.

Does an agency need a separate plan?

No. Tasks and work views belong to the platform. Add portfolio management when you need a shared overview of multiple projects, alerts and team workload. It works with Marketer AI and Professional. In SaaS, extra projects and products are separate; portfolio management does not increase those limits.

How does annual pricing work?

With annual billing, we show both the monthly equivalent and the full amount for 12 months. This is an annual commitment, not a discounted monthly subscription. All prices exclude VAT.

Does Professional include servers and deployment?

The displayed amount is the license price. Infrastructure, deployment, maintenance and any additional work are scoped separately. Your environment must meet the technical requirements, and its resources determine performance.

Can I use my own brand and restrict access through a VPN?

Yes. Professional supports deployment in an isolated environment with private access, including through a VPN. Platform white label is an optional add-on. Branding, client access and network configuration are agreed before deployment.

How are AI and video billed in Professional?

Use your own API keys for LLMs and video generation. Pay providers directly for usage — Sembot adds 0% commission or markup. Professional imposes no licensing limits on scale. Performance depends on infrastructure, while external connections remain subject to API providers’ limits and availability. In SaaS, the Marketer AI offer defines AI usage and billing.
