Extend Sembot with apps and take notes from any page. Tasks get a new Kanban, activity filters and automatic closing, while Feeds, Products and Position tracking get new processing and filter options.
New
Sembot Apps — extend what Sembot can do — Install apps from Sembot and partners in Settings → Apps → Installed and catalog. Enable in Settings → Additional features → Apps.
Where they show up: dashboard widgets, tabs in tasks, panels in the product card, entries in the "Actions" menu on the product list, and custom pages in the project menu.
You stay in control: before installing, you see which data and projects the app will access. You can pause or uninstall it at any time.
Links to other systems: a task that an app links to another system shows an "Open in …" link.
Your own app: build it and submit it for review in Settings → Apps → App developer.
Notes — personal, project, and workspace — Take notes from any page and keep them at hand. Enable in Settings → Additional features → Notes.
Quick add: the "Note" button, the "Tools and help" menu, or ⌘K → "New note".
Who sees it: Me (you see the note in every project), Project, or Workspace. Set access to your own and others' notes in roles.
In a note: checklists, task and person mentions, images, and files.
Notes board: filters, colors, pinning, and archive. Arrange cards by dragging, stack them, or merge them into one note.
Next steps: pin a note to the screen to see it on every page, turn it into a task, or send it to Marketer AI.
New Kanban in Tasks — One Kanban tab, with View settings → Group columns by letting you choose statuses, sections, or assignees. Drag a card to another person's column to reassign it, and the "+" in a person's column adds a task already assigned to them.
New task filters — last updated and who was active — The "Last updated" filter shows tasks with no changes for 7, 14, or 30 days, or changed within a date range you pick. The "Active (7, 14 or 30 days)" filter shows tasks where selected people did something (or did nothing) in that period. Combined with the "Assignee" filter, it quickly surfaces neglected tasks.
Automatic task closing — In task settings, pick 1 to 30 days and a condition: the task closes on its own if there is no activity at all in that time, or if the assignee does not change. Handy when you are waiting for someone else's reply.
My activity and team activity — In Settings → Profile → My activity, review changes to your account and where they came from, plus your sign-in history (including failed attempts), and end any active session with one click. Workspace owners and admins see team changes and sign-ins in Portfolio → Activity, filtered by person, source, and date.
Improvements
Apps — permissions and Marketer AI — The role editor has an "Apps" section with View, Use, and Configure columns. A role with limited access does not see a new app until you select it, and buttons that require configuration (e.g., disconnecting an account) are visible only to authorized users. Marketer AI can use tools from installed apps, and before a tool changes any data, a card with Approve and Reject buttons appears below the reply.
Kanban — easier scrolling — With many columns, the horizontal scrollbar stays at the bottom edge of the window, and you can also scroll the board sideways with Shift + mouse wheel. After you add a task or drag a card, the board stays where it was.
Notification bell in the top right corner — It sits next to Marketer AI and task creation, and the alert list opens right below it.
Saved filters in Portfolio — On every tab except Overview, save a set of filters (clients, channel, dates, statuses, people) under a name and reopen it with one click. The star sets the default filter for the tab.
Feeds — process a single feed, pick a time zone — "Process now" in the "⋯" menu next to an input feed processes only that feed. In Schedule, choose the time zone for your hours, so daylight saving time no longer shifts processing, and see the next processing time below the list. When a feed fails to download or suddenly loses products, the Feeds tab shows a message with the reason and a link to feed verification.
Products and rules — compare with another field — In product filters, rules, and output feed filters, compare a field with another product field, e.g., Price > Sale price. The "Compose from parts" action copies the price to the sale price (and vice versa) or fills the price from a custom label or custom field. Add and remove product highlights right in the product table.
Position and price tracking with a new layout — In Position tracking, switch between the Organic, Product ads, and Text ads tabs, and pick a city or region in "Detailed location" when adding keywords. Tables and filters work the same as in Products and Tasks, and the Status quick filter shows, e.g., positions without fresh data.
Goals for the last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days — In "Cadence", set a rolling goal, e.g., ROAS for the last 30 days. The period moves forward every day, and its range is shown under the result in Goals and in Portfolio → Goals.
Fixes
New custom fields show up in Products right away — After you save a feed mapping or import a feed, the new field's column and filter appear once you refresh the page, not after several minutes.
"Trust this device for 30 days" works — With this option checked during two-factor sign-in, the same browser won't ask for a code for 30 days.
Year shown on older task dates — Dates outside the current year show the year (e.g., "Jan 9, 2023") on the Kanban board, in the table, on the timeline, in the task card, and in comments.
Tell Marketer AI what you’re looking for and jump to the right screen. Find tasks by searching descriptions and comments, save filters as tabs, and choose your project’s start page. Plus, try Creatives and Brand for your client’s visual assets and brand identity.
New
Marketer AI: from a question to the right screen — tell Marketer what you need, and it helps you get there. Ask for “Google Ads campaigns by cost” to open the right view with filters, then refine or sort the results in the conversation. Ask “how do I add a label to a task?” and Marketer opens the screen and highlights where to start. It can also open task tabs, such as History, and files from Drive. Each project has its own conversation, ready when you return. You can rate how helpful each answer was.
Task views that fit the way you work — search titles, descriptions, and comments from one filter bar across Table, Statuses, Sections, Timeline, and Due dates. Save a filter as a permanent project tab, then load an entire set of tabs in another project or the workspace view. Tasks created in a tab automatically get its status, label, priority, and assignee.
Start each project on the right page — choose what your team sees when they open a project: Tasks, Dashboard, Marketer AI, Reports, Goals, or another available page. Set it up in Settings → Projects under “Entering the project.” Team members without access to the selected page land on Tasks instead of a permissions message.
Creatives and Brand: create with AI in Sembot — make banners, product photos, and short videos in a Canva-like editor with layers, over 1,600 fonts, shapes, icons, and stickers. Keep your client’s logo, colors, typography, and brand voice together in Brand, with separate setups for product lines or campaigns. You can also import a brand from the store’s website. Refine banners in a conversation with Marketer AI, and find everything you create in Drive. Enable it in Settings → Additional features.
Email digests: updates on your schedule — choose which types of emails get bundled into a single digest outside your set hours instead of arriving one by one. Select the email types and delivery time in Settings → Notifications. In-app notifications still arrive as they happen. Check the digest history to see what was sent and when, or turn digests off at any time. Enable it in Settings → Additional features.
Improvements
Do more from the task card — complete a task from the header, type a due date directly, or select “Duplicate task” without leaving the card. The header shows every field, and you can drag fields to reorder them. Check “History” to see who created the task and what changed across its title, labels, files, and comments. Click a subtask’s name to open it, then use “Back to: ” to return to the parent task.
Clearer descriptions, easier conversations — the description toolbar puts bold text, headings, lists, quotes, links, and emoji within reach. Choose from nine comment reactions, and replies to replies start with an @mention of the author. The “Comment…” field stays pinned to the bottom of the card. Pasted images stay where you place them in a comment, and description links can open in the current tab or a new one.
More control and detail on your Kanban board — add sections at the end of the board, or rename and delete them from the column header. Complete a task using the circle beside its title, and see subtask and comment counts on the card. Choose which fields appear in “View settings,” including the creation date. Closed tasks show their full title, assignee, and due date. The former “My” view is now “Due dates,” with tasks grouped by when they’re due.
Task files, together in one place — upload files or pick them from Drive in the “Attachments” section. Files from a task and its comments go to the same task folder in Drive. Add several files at once or drag them onto the card, and download comment attachments with their original names. Drive now includes a folder tree and a file panel with PDF and Office previews, versions, and sharing.
Favorite projects within reach, easier team management — star projects in the project switcher to keep favorites from every workspace at the top of the list. Grant or remove project access from a person’s permissions window in Settings → Team. In project settings, “Add” adds the person immediately and keeps the list open so you can continue adding teammates. Owners can rename a workspace in Settings → Workspace, and the workspace list in the header takes you to the workspace view.
Portfolio: see what needs attention — the Overview and Goals tabs show clients that need attention, KPI goal status, and feed errors. The “Portfolio manager — all projects” permission lets you view every project in the workspace.
Start monitoring directly from your feed — use “Add from feed” in price monitoring or “Phrases from products” in phrase monitoring. Select individual products or all products that match your search. Price history shows the seller, product price, price including shipping, and shipping cost.
Easier connection management — find “Change connection” and “Renew” beside the connection linked to a project and in feed diagnostics. Once you switch, your feed and rules use the new connection immediately. If no Google Merchant Center account is selected, the health card shows “Not configured” and lets you select an account or create a connection.
An easier start with demo mode and onboarding — both options are available in “Tools and help,” and your demo mode preference is saved to your account. Launch demo mode or the dashboard tour from an empty dashboard. In demo mode, you can try dashboard layouts and goal settings without saving changes.
A consistent English experience across Sembot — the interface, messages, notifications, and demo data are available in English. Demo amounts appear in dollars, and numbers and currencies follow your interface language. Selecting “English” in your profile now stays saved instead of switching back to Polish.
Less waiting in your daily workflow — we’ve sped up task saving, Products, Feeds, Processes, Reports, and conversations with Marketer AI.
Fixes
Smoother sign-in and account setup — after signing out, you can sign in to another account without being sent back to the sign-in screen. Accounts without a project no longer get stuck in a redirect loop. If a trial ends before a project is created, you’ll see plan options and a way to contact support.
Permissions that match your access — people without Marketer AI access no longer see unexpected “You don’t have permission” messages, and @mentions in comments work correctly for them. “Edit layout” appears only for people who can save changes, and any role with goal permissions can edit goals. Search above the project member list returns only project members.
Correct data in Portfolio — Performance displays figures when project dashboards have data, and the date picker no longer leads to a 404 error. The “Needs attention” and “Clients” tables in Overview show data again. If data can’t be loaded, you’ll see an error instead of a misleading “no problems” message.
More reliable tasks and time tracking — the paperclip in task descriptions now adds files in Safari and Firefox, too. Table column widths stay in place after sorting and filtering, comment counts update immediately, and removing an image from a description also removes it from attachments. Labels are visible in task headers again. “Log time” messages follow your interface language, and deleting an entry uses an in-app confirmation dialog.
Monitoring and feed limits working correctly — rank tracking loads correctly for phrases with search volume data. Output feed generation respects workspace product limits and no longer triggers false warnings about a drop in product count.
Smoother connections and AI conversations — “Renew” for Shopify renews the existing connection. “Add new connection” in the change-connection window opens another window instead of a separate page. Switching models in a Marketer AI conversation preserves the text you’ve typed.
One Sembot instead of two, tasks with the full feature set, feed health with ready-made fixes, product copy written by AI and a new account start.
New
One Sembot instead of two — the old panel (app.sembot.com) now redirects to the new Sembot, and links in emails take you straight there.
Tasks do everything the old panel did — CSV export and import, moving a task to another project, recurring tasks, @mentions and labels. The "This project | All projects" switch shows tasks from every project, and a task from another project opens in its own project.
Feed health — Products → "Optimization" checks your feed against Google Merchant Center requirements and gives it a score from 0 to 100. For each issue you see how many products it affects and, with Google Ads connected, how much was spent on them over the last 30 days. Fix it with a rule, with AI, or product by product in "Review" mode.
AI writes your product copy — titles and descriptions for up to 200 products at once. You know the cost before you start and see the suggestions next to the current copy. AI also fills in attributes (color, material, size, Google category) and generates images. Undo applied changes with one button.
A new account start — after signing up, you choose where to start: Dashboard, Reports, Processes with Marketer AI, Tasks, Portfolio or Goals. The view shows sample data right away, and you connect Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console with a single Google consent. The whole menu works from minute one, before you connect any accounts.
For agencies (beta): client card and linked workspaces — the client card brings together the client description, channel goals, call notes and reminders, and the "Today" tab shows what needs your attention now. A client can share data from selected projects with the agency as read-only: they decide what the agency sees and can turn off access at any time. Agencies turn on both features in Settings → Additional features.
Improvements
Charts and tables — change the type, colors, axes and labels of any chart with a live preview, and set your own color palette for a whole tab. Tables get a heatmap, goals in cells, "Colorblind-friendly" colors and Google Ads-style filters: AND/OR conditions, "between" and % change versus the previous period.
Marketer AI — once a day, the first time you open the panel, it shows what has changed since your last visit: KPIs off target, problems found by processes and new tasks. Answers take you straight to the right view, and you can pin a result to the dashboard with one click.
Processes — a catalog with "What you gain" and "Area" filters. Turn on read-only processes in bulk with "Turn on ready", and see the result of every run as charts and tables.
Faster tasks and Portfolio — the task card, task lists and Portfolio open noticeably faster, and moving to the next task no longer reloads the view.
Task filters and descriptions — combine conditions with OR and parentheses, search by watchers and by a "from–to" due date, and keep your filter when switching between Table, Kanban and Timeline. Tick checklist items in a description without opening the editor, and attach files up to 20 MB.
Feeds and products — when a feed has an error, you see the cause and a hint on how to fix it, and a dot next to "Feeds" in the menu warns you before you even look. "Verify feed" works for every feed and lets you report a problem to customer service. Create a rule straight from the filters on the product list, and save a filter for the whole workspace.
Plan extras — add more projects, products or monitoring while choosing your plan, including during the trial. You pay for them together with the plan, from the end of the trial.
Fixes
Bulk actions on products — "all matching" now means exactly the products on the filtered list, including with OR filters and when you come from a specific feed.
Tasks and permissions — subtasks assigned to you no longer disappear after filtering, and the "Me" filter works again in Kanban and Timeline. Task visibility limits set in a role now also apply to task lists. Someone who can create tasks but not edit them can now fill in the description, status and assignee right away.
Images in tasks — images in descriptions and comments from the old panel, and images pasted from the clipboard, display without opening the editor.
Time tracking — in "Log time", the task list includes all tasks in the selected project, not just the ones assigned to you.
Feeds and rules — feeds from servers with an incomplete SSL certificate chain download again. The "is one of" condition accepts a list of IDs pasted from a spreadsheet, and "AND" and "OR" in the rule builder are no longer cut off. In "Old products" you can delete selected products or those matching a filter, not just all of them at once.
Navigation and payments — a new project is available right away, and switching projects on a page that the other project doesn't have takes you to Tasks instead of a 404 error. Messages when buying or changing a plan are clear, with no technical codes.
Charts and files right in the conversation, approval for AI changes, client reports in minutes, a product card and a faster kanban.
New
Marketer AI answers using your data — charts, tables and knowledge base files (images, video, PDF) appear right in the conversation. Every task has a "Solve with Marketer" button, so Marketer knows the task context from the start.
You approve changes made by AI — before Marketer changes anything in an ad account, you see a card showing the scope of the change, its risk and whether it can be undone. Approve or reject it with one click.
Client reports in minutes — a report builder, a library of ready-made templates and one date range for the whole dashboard.
Product card — everything about a product in one place, opened straight from Channels.
A kanban faster than a spreadsheet — change the assignee, due date and priority right on the card. Right-click opens a menu of actions: duplicate, complete, log time, delete. Bulk actions show you the result ("Priority changed: 12").
Docs without logging in — at /docs, in Polish and English. Every article has an "Ask Marketer about this feature" button.
Improvements
Portfolio — compare client results with the previous period on the chart and in the table, no export needed.
Sample data — real tasks, processes, goals and reports. You see exactly what you'll get on your own account.
Getting started — product preview right in the feed wizard, resending the activation link, and suggestions of connections you already have ("Use this account").
Menu — Channels as a tree in the left menu. "Tools and help" shows names instead of icons only. Portfolio can be hidden or moved.
Team and workspace — see which projects each person has access to. Leave, transfer or delete a workspace without contacting support.
Fixes
Dates — weekly ranges ("this week", "last Mon–Sun") no longer silently turn into 30 days.
Time tracking — the timer in the task drawer starts and stops again.
Tasks and comments — attachments display correctly, and editing no longer leaves stale state behind.
Products and processes — analytics columns work with a single connection, the category tree displays correctly, and longer process parameter values are no longer cut off.
Security — better protection against malicious content in emails and uploaded files.
